<p>My Body Metrics is a unique weight loss and body measurement app that offers a refreshing approach to tracking your progress. The app allows users to capture photos of their body as they embark on their fitness journey, providing visual evidence of their transformation and the motivation they need to achieve their goals. In addition to documenting physical changes, My Body Metrics also enables users to track their weight and select other body measurements such as waist, hips, and biceps.</p>

<p>One standout feature of My Body Metrics is its innovative approach to taking photos. Users have the option of using traditional methods such as using a mirror or asking someone else to take the pictures. Alternatively, the app offers a Remote Cam feature that allows users to connect with other iPhones, iPads, or Mac devices via WiFi. This provides the convenience of capturing full-body photos without the need for a mirror or assistance.</p>

<p>Privacy is a top priority with My Body Metrics. All photos, weight data, and body measurements are stored locally on the user's device and, if syncing is enabled, on their personal iCloud account. The developer, Binary Formations, does not have access to any of this information.</p>

<p>Please note that capturing Remote Cam photos from a Mac requires the free My Body Metrics Remote Cam app available on the Mac App Store.</p>
